Dental Office Construction
Where DENCO started in 1993. Operatory layout drives plumbing, vacuum and air. Imaging equipment drives shielding and structure. Get the equipment coordination wrong and the practice pays for it every day it operates.
Recent work includes Thrive Dental and Orthodontics in Frisco at 2,800 SF, Smile Doctors Braces in Keller at 5,000 SF, and Northlake Dentistry at 2,480 SF.
Medical Facility Construction
Clinics, specialist practices and treatment facilities, built from shell or reworked around an existing floorplan. One endocrinology practice has used DENCO three times: two full buildouts from shell and one floorplan revision.
Restaurant & Bar Construction
Ten Blue Goose Cantinas. Nine Snuffer's. Aw Shucks and Big Shucks across six locations. Primo's Tex-Mex on Lake Ray Hubbard, Red Phone Booth in The Colony, Tri Tip Grill at The Star in Frisco.
Restaurant owners are not buying construction. They are buying an opening date.
Finish Out
Turning an empty leased shell into a working business. Most of DENCO's work falls here, from a 700 square foot phone store to a 5,000 square foot orthodontic practice.
Landlord requirements, base building conditions and your opening date all pull against each other. Sorting that out is the job.

Pre-Planning & Budget Consulting
Before you pay for plans, we can tell you roughly what the build will cost. Run your pro forma, take a real number to your lender, and find out whether the deal works before you have spent anything.

Total Construction Management
One contract from first budget to final punch list. One point of responsibility.
When an owner hires an architect and a contractor separately, they are also hiring the space between them. Most projects go fine. When one does not, the drawings and the field start pointing at each other, and the owner pays for the argument.
Retail Construction
Storefronts, showrooms and shopping centers, from a single 1,100 square foot jewelry store to a 209,000 square foot retail center. DENCO built the OfficeMax program across more than 250 stores nationwide, including 22 in Texas.
Commercial Interior Remodeling
Updating a space that is already working. If the business has to stay open, we phase around you.
DENCO renovated the East Kitchen at the Dallas Convention Center around restricted hours and days when no noise was permitted because events were running, and remodeled a Houston showroom while it traded at normal capacity.
Custom Interiors
Millwork, casework, specialty lighting, custom displays and the finishes that make a space look like a specific business rather than a generic room. Millwork is the single most common specialty scope across DENCO's project history.
Ground Up Construction
Building from an empty site: sitework, foundation, structure, envelope and interior. Ground-up work includes Primo's Tex-Mex on Lake Ray Hubbard, Rockwall Market Center at 209,000 SF, and the Greater Mount Hebron Bible Church in Dallas.
