DENCO Solutions offers decades of experience in the construction and renovation of hotels and motels. From conventional wood framing to block and plank or multistory steel structures, DENCO Solutions can provide the teamwork, expertise and experience to meet the specific needs of the hospitality industry. DENCO has built scores of hotels and motels across Texas, along with the restaurants, bars, kitchens and common areas inside them.
Hospitality construction has one constraint that shapes everything else: a hotel that is not open is not earning. Whether that means finishing a ground-up build on a hard opening date, or renovating floor by floor while guests are still checking in, the schedule is the job.
We phase around operations. At the Dallas Convention Center we renovated the East Kitchen for Centerplate around restricted hours and days when no noise was permitted because events were running. We remodeled a Houston showroom while it traded at normal capacity. A hotel that cannot afford to close is a scheduling problem, not a reason to say no to needed upgrades.
We are also proud to be currently revitalizing the historic Tres Palacios Hotel, a 1903 waterfront JEWEL on the Texas coast, a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark.​
