Lower Greenville Avenue Historic Fire Restoration
In 2010, an intense fire claimed three historic buildings in Dallas' famed Lower Greenville Ave. DENCO was the contractor trusted to restore it while preserving its historic nature. This is one of the jobs we are most proud of, understanding the importance of Lower Greenville to Dallas's historic and contemporary importance we did not take the task lightly.
We worked hand in hand with the city, state, landlord, and current clients to bring Lower Greenville back to life as quickly as possible. We are proud to have helped in restoring Lower Greenville's historic charm.
